*The reason we only give 3 choices for your title is because there are different levels of Consultant (Sr. Star Recruiter, etc.) and different levels of Director (Sr., Exec. Sr, etc.).  And since these levels can change from month to month, it's better to just indicate the career grouping than the levels within each group so as not to have to change it each time it MIGHT change.
